When you call a business that uses Ring Back and we are unable to answer, or when you provide your mobile number to that business, you consent to receive text messages from us on that business's behalf. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the business.

To opt out at any time, reply STOP. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who provide support services (such as customer service or message delivery) is permitted solely to operate the messaging program. Text message originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

4. How We Share Information

We share information only:

With the business you contacted, so it can serve you.
With service providers (such as our messaging and CRM platform) strictly to operate our services, under confidentiality obligations.
When required by law or to protect our legal rights.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for their own marketing.
